Meet the Team: Anthony Godino

My name is Anthony Godino and I am passionate about personal growth, leadership, and helping others reach their full potential—both on and off the field. Whether in my professional career or athletic pursuits, I’ve learned that a strong work ethic is the foundation of success. I believe that consistency, discipline, and showing up with purpose each day not only shape our own paths but also influence those around us in meaningful ways.

Throughout my journey, failure has been one of my greatest teachers. I’ve come to understand that setbacks aren’t signs of weakness but opportunities for growth. Every missed goal or tough loss has sharpened my perspective, built resilience, and deepened my appreciation for the process. I aim to model this mindset to those I mentor, showing them that perseverance often reveals strengths we didn’t know we had.

As a coach I see it as my responsibility to foster not only physical skill but also character and confidence. I strive to lead by example—teaching them the value of hard work, how to bounce back from adversity, and how to carry themselves with integrity. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch young athletes evolve not just as players, but as people, and I’m grateful to play a role in that transformation.
